🚨 KNIFE-WIELDING SUSPECT CHARGES FEMALE OFFICER BEFORE HER PARTNER SHOOTS HIM ‼️ Saranac Lake Police officers Gabrielle Beebe and Aaron Sharlow responded to a reported stabbing near a Stewart’s Shop on Bloomingdale Avenue in Saranac Lake, New York. Police encountered 33-year-old Joshua De’Miguel Kavota outside the store. Bodycam shows Officer Beebe repeatedly asking Kavota to hand over the knife. Kavota refused and began telling her, “I would be careful…” before suddenly pulling the knife and charging directly at her. Beebe screamed “NO!” as she backed away and fell to the ground. Her partner, Officer Aaron Sharlow, immediately fired two shots, striking Kavota in the chest. Both officers then attempted to provide medical aid, but Kavota later died at Adirondack Medical Center
